What is strength & conditioning?

Strength and Conditioning is when scientific knowledge is applied to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance usually in a gymnasium or on a sports field.

We have a goal specific approach in our work as strength & conditioning coaches and we always strive to be the best and to create the best. This inherently means if the goal is to be stronger we will train you with the methods in mind that the strongest humans on earth use and thus we approach every training goal. This being said we will always keep in mind the athletes current physical capacity, strengths & weaknesses.

Workshops (ranging from 1 Hour to 3 days)

      We use Various modalities of training namely Weightlifting, powerlifting, Strongman training,   Kettlebell lifting / training, Bodyweight / Suspension training, and pre-habilitation training.
