As part of the web account support program we can provide there is a daily dairy option available as well. It is very simple and can be modified to your needs. You can record all you training detail for your sport and conditioning sessions as well as your strength sessions this can also be done on your mobile phone! With easy to understand options to indicate strains pains or injuries. We can also schedule an e-mail that can be sent to your sports coach and also an immediate e-mail in realtime to your physio or doctor should you report an injury or illness. If you have filled in all your dairy data and logged your training information we can do an analysis of your information for that perdiod of time. You can download an example by clicking on the picture below.

Refund policy

We do not provide any refunds on any of our online programs or web account support services, the sale of any online services is final and cannot be refunded. This is done because of the nature of the product being that of intellectual property. We will however refund if we for whatever reason could not provide at any moment after the sale any service that was purchased and it will also still only be done at our sole discretion.

If you are a member of a monthly product or service that is paid monthly, you may cancel your membership with 1 calendar months notice by e-mail info@hpc.co.za. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring that a cancellation request is received and processed.
