1-on-1 Strength & Conditioning

 1-on-1 Strength & Conditioning sessions are when an athlete works with one of our S&C coaches 1 to 1 in a session with specific focus from the S&C coach on the 1 athlete. The athlete gets full monitoring and individual attention and programming to his unique needs and gets the assurance that he is fully looked after and gets consistant and realtime feedback on his technique.
